WHY THE MASSES IGNORE FACTS AND FOLLOW ORDERS

Have you noticed that during the Corona crisis most people don't seem to be able to critically think and see factual information for what it is? Instead, people seem as if they are under a mass hypnosis by what they hear on the television. Is this why they call it "programming"? To understand what is going on, the following videos may shed some light on the dynamics at play. 

During the 1950s Solomon Ash conducted what is now known as the Ash Conformity Experiment to investigate the extend to which social pressure from a majority group could affect a person to conform.
The conclusion was that people conform for two main reasons: Because they want to fit in with the group, and they believe the group is better informed than they are. 


One of the most famous studies of obedience in psychology was carried out in 1961 by Stanley Milgram, a psychologist at Yale University. He conducted an experiment focusing on the conflict between obedience to authority and personal conscience. Milgram examined justifications for acts of genocide offered by those accused at the World War II, Nuremberg War Criminal trials. Their defense often was based on "obedience" - that they were just following orders from their superiors.
